This is available to anyone who prefers personalized programming and one-on-one coaching. If you would like to improve your skills or take your training to the next level, our coaches are available throughout the day for 60 or 30 minute sessions. At Alamo City CrossFit, we also provide additional specialty programs including Weightlifting. Open to all members of Alamo City Crossfit, these classes focus on the two Olympic lifts: the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Training regarding these movements will be in-depth with additional supplemental elements of both lifts.
Yoga is movement that allows the mind and body connect by using our breath. Yoga increases general health, helps reduce stress, improves flexibility and muscle strength, it can alleviate certain physical symptoms, providing an overall sense of well-being almost immediately.
Nikki, a native Midwesterner and former Kentuckian, has been a practicing dietitian for 10 years and has been CrossFitting for the last 5. Her nutrition philosophy combines science, practical application and individualization.
