Thursday, June 28th is Friends and Family Day!

Are you anxious to share your love for health and fitness with your friends and family?

Invite them out on Thursday, June 28th to any class.  We will make sure that the workout is fun and welcoming to all fitness levels.  

This is free event, all we ask is that your guest(s) sign up in advance so our coaches know how many to expect.  

They can do so by:

  1. Creating a profile on MBO.
  2. Adjusting the schedule date to 6/28/2018.
  3. Selecting the class time they would like to attend.
  4. Arriving 10 minutes early on the 28th to fill out the waiver and to get aquatinted with the facility.
