One CrossFit class from 12:00-1:00pm

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

8 Chest to Bar Pullups
10 Pistols
Core Work
3 rounds ( 1 Minute each)
Low Plank
Right Side Plank
Left Side Plank
